Applying for your loan is easy!

At Signet Mortgage we look for every opportunity to save you time and effort and find the best loan that fits your needs.  Generally we would prefer to talk with you in person over the phone and take the loan information necessary for your loan correctly the first time. That allows us to better understand your needs and only ask for the information absolutely required for your loan.  However, the choice is yours!  

Please select the option most convenient for you.

1. Complete our Complete Application Form. This is recommended if you are ready to apply now. The process can take approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.
2. Complete our Short Application Form. This process usually takes less than five minutes. This way we can get your loan started with a limited amount of information.  A loan officer will contact you once we receive your application.
3. Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
4. Have a loan officer contact you
5. Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it to us.

An application requires that you choose a rate and loan program.  In no way is this choice final so just indicate your best guess.  After we have had a chance to look at your application, we will contact you and determine the appropriate loan program and rate that meets your needs.
