Clay Selland is...

Dave Woodland is our Northwest Regional Manager located in beautiful Bend, OR.  He and his wife Satu and kids relocated to Bend, opening the Signet Mortgage operation there in 2006.  Prior to that, Dave worked as a financial executive in Silicon Valley with two semiconductor companies as well as 10 years in public accounting with one of the largest international CPA firms.  Dave notes, “my financial services business background allows me to help people make dreams become reality.”  

  Dave has a significant number of relationships with investors, a variety of lenders, commercial and residential brokers and attorneys that help serve his clients’ needs in getting deals done.  

  When not financing deals, Dave can be found with his wife and boys – Matt and Josh - hiking, camping, skiing, cycling and golfing.  Come over to the house and they’ll challenge you to a game of bocce ball.              Reach Dave at (541) 318-0888

Theresa Phillips' journey to mortgage lending began in the late 1970's. She began her career with an 11 year stint working for a nationwide company whose owners had significant real estate holdings. Maintaining the position of assistant controller is where Theresa gained extensive knowledge in the accounting field. Armed with that experience, she and her husband, Dan, moved to the bay area in 1988 and started a small family construction business. Theresa has worked closely with clients on contracts ranging from small room additions to complete house demolition and rebuild projects where she honed her customer relationship skills. One division of their company focused on the "flip it" market which is where she gained her "consumer expert" status in the mortgage lending field. Now, as a licensed loan officer herself, Theresa utilizes her "been there, done that" experience to more effectively help clients obtain the type of financing that most suits their needs and goals.

  On the personal side, you must know, Theresa is accustomed to a high pressure and a very busy schedule. She and Dan have five children ranging in age from 12 to 25. As a physical fitness enthusiast, Theresa rarely misses her morning gym visit. She enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, camping and in her life B.C. (before children) she spent ten years skydiving. As a firm believer in a well rounded life style, she takes time out to spend adventuring with her children but also believes accessibility and old fashioned hard work are key to successful home financing and makes herself available at the convenience of her clients.      Reach Theresa at (925) 807-1502
